TERMS OF SERVICE
Estimated turnaround time is 1 week-5 months, i don't do rush commissions.i will keep clients updated about the progress of their commission at every stage i deem important. clients are allowed to ask for progress, but please don't spam me.
payment
full payment via lavatop (with card or paypal)
payment in parts is available.
please keep in mind that i don't do refunds.
before receiving the payment and starting, i have full rights to cancel the commission if the request makes me uncomfrtable.
revisions
major adjustments are made only on the sketch phase, and will not be made in the final artwork. (example: hairstyle/outfit/pose change, certain elements of the artwork removal.)
small revisions on the final artwork will cost additional fee, 15% of the full price. (example: color change, adding small new elements, expression change.)
usage
clients are allowed to make small edits of the finished artwork. (example: cropping, color filters, adding text/stickers/overlays/etc.)clients are allowed to repost/reupload/use the commissioned artwork, but with my proper credits.
erasing my signature, assigning authorship, using the illustration for AI (editing with AI and/or feeding the artwork to fuel it) is strongly prohibited.
clients are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without the additional fee.if u have any questions dm me on x/@peqchuu
